Hola everyone this is your friend and chef Mickey here in mucho hot and spicy Rocky Point, Mexico. Caramba! It’s getting hot over here!
Anyways, let’s get back to your recipe! I’m thinking of something nice, tasty, and cool! So I came up with this. Here it is!

LOBSTER SALAD

(Yield: 21 oz)
Ingredients
Lobster meat 8 oz.
Eggs, hard-cooked 2
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice of 1
Mustard 1 T
Salt 1/3 tsp
Pepper 2 to 3 grinds
Lettuce 1 leaf
Parsley, chopped 1 tsp
Lobster coral 1 tsp

Method
Dice losbter meat; combine with chopped egg. Blend mayonnaise with lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper and combine with lobster and egg. Place salad on lettuce leaf, sprinkle with chopped parsley and coral. There you go people! It’s summertime, so lets get the grill going and grill yourself a steak and use some of this wonderful salad!
