Empty Bowls-Puerto Peñasco has more FUNdraisers coming in the next few months. The next one is on July 22nd, when we hold our 3rd annual Tacos and Tequila FUNdraiser at The Pink Cadillac Restaurant from 4-7 pm.
$10 gets you a plate of 3 tacos with all the fixins, and $1 shots of tequila! We will also have a 50/50 raffle as well as Empty Bowls merch for sale with fun aprons, recipe cards from our Amateur Soup Contest, hand-decorated sand dollars, and of course, bowls. It wouldn’t be an Empty Bowls event without bowls for sale!
And be sure to wear your bathing suit, as the pool and swim-up bar are open and the water feels great! Come cool off, eat tacos, have a great time, and help your neighbors at the same time.

In our work with DIF (the Mexican social service agency) and Banco de Alimentos (the local food bank), we reach hundreds of people every month who otherwise might be lucky if they have a bowl of soup a day. It is such an honor to be able to help our neighbors in such ways, and we know we just couldn’t do it without wonderful people like you who open your hearts and wallets to help us.
