We are Tedd and Kerry, the faces behind Beach Eats Peñasco. We are half-timers (we spend about 5 months a year here) and have owned since 2021 in Las Palomas. We love the food scene here in Peñasco. From local owned mom and pop Cenadurias, to the Fish Markets, to the Fruterias, to the Dulcerias, to local favorites and tourist hot spots. We also enjoy catching our own fresh seafood and crustations! There’s a great clamming spot just off Hwy. 3 (heading east towards Caborca) at kilometer marker 32! Hang a right and head to the water! On your way back, stop at El Barco (Three Mujeres) for some fresh oysters and cold drinks!
The food in Peñasco is amazing, and you can get almost any cuisine from Chinese, Italian, Salads, Paninis, Fish, Shrimp, Oysters, Charbroiled Chicken, Brisket, BBQ, Burgers, Steaks, Hot Dogs, Fajitas, Ceviche and of course Tacos! Don’t be afraid to venture into the barrios (colonias) and find a hidden gem! Be aware that most of these mom-and-pop places are cash only. Basically, eat where the locals eat for an authentic taste of Peñasco!
