AMPI, the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals, led this year by President Blanca Esthela Valdez Diaz, invites you to join the local business community and their visitors at a Real Estate & Tourism Forum that celebrates Puerto Peñasco, where the Desert meets the Sea.

Festivities begin with an icebreaker on Thursday, 28 September from 5 until 8 p.m. at Hotel Peñasco del Sol. This is your opportunity to meet and mingle with community leaders in the real estate and tourism sectors, cultural leaders, businesspeople and local authorities, as well as national and international guests, in a seaside social setting, while enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvre under the evening sky. The icebreaker is included in the cost of admission.

The main event on Friday, 29 September at 10:00 a.m., at the Puerto Peñasco Expo Center, will start with the opening ceremony conducted by the People of the Desert, the Tohono O’Odham, the original residents of Puerto Peñasco, featuring their traditional music and dance, in ceremonial dress. The opening ceremony will be followed by introductions of dignitaries, special guests, featuring national and international speakers, and cultural activities and other aspects of Puerto Peñasco, such as gastronomy, local culture, services, future plans, to name a few.

The grand entry hall of the Expo Center will feature booths and displays from many companies, large and small, plus authorities, media, special guests and more than 800 participants from the real estate sector, including real estate consultants, notaries, appraisers, developers, mortgage brokers, builders and professionals related to the industry, both nationally and internationally, in the fields of tourism and real estate in Sonora.

The Real Estate & Tourism Forum is an excellent opportunity for both visitors and residents to learn more about this wonderful seaside town. Tickets are on sale now, include both the Thursday evening Icebreaker and the Friday Forum, and the first 400 visitors through the door on Friday will receive a surprise gift.
